You test everything except the number that decides your profit.
You spent real money maxxing leads. Pricing maxxes what every one of them is worth.
A 1% price improvement raises operating profit 8–11% — more than any equivalent gain in volume or cost (McKinsey; HBR, Marn & Rosiello). PerfectPricing runs continuous pricing experiments for SaaS and e-commerce, the way CRO agencies run conversion tests.
On a 10% net margin, a +10% price increase is more than +100% profit. Lower margins → bigger leverage.
Model it with your real numbers →On a 10% net margin, a 10% price increase doubles your profit. We find that 10% — scientifically, safely, without losing your customers.
Pricing changes drop almost straight to the bottom line. That's why a point of price beats a point of volume or cost, every time. Model it with your numbers →
Lead gen fills the funnel. Pricing decides what comes out of it. We run the half that hits your margin.
You optimized every step of getting the lead. Then you forgot the price.
You A/B test the ad, the landing page, the email subject line — every inch of acquisition. But the price, the thing that decides what each hard-won lead is actually worth to you, gets set once by gut and never touched again. We move the testing rigor you already trust onto the one variable that maxxes revenue per customer.
What we run
Full service detail →Price-point A/B testing
Live experiments run safely: geo splits, new-cohort rollouts. Existing customers never see two prices.
Packaging & tier design
Decoy tiers, plan composition, annual/monthly spreads, usage-based vs. seat-based migration.
Willingness-to-pay research
Conjoint analysis, Van Westendorp, Gabor-Granger when traffic can't support live tests.
Dynamic & demand-based pricing
Algorithmic pricing for inventory, seasonality, and demand — for verticals where it's expected.
Segment & geographic pricing
Capture what each market actually pays instead of one global number.
Discount & promotion architecture
Stop training customers to wait for sales. Test depth, frequency, and fences.
No 200-page strategy decks. We ship experiments. You keep the margin.
Base fee + performance share on measured profit lift. We only win when you do.

Is price testing legal?
Yes. We use fairness-safe methodology — geo splits and new-cohort rollouts, never two prices for the same customer. We design around price-transparency rules (including the EU Omnibus Directive) and do not do individualized, per-person pricing.
What if customers notice?
Our cohort and geo design means an individual customer never sees two different prices for the same thing. New pricing applies to new cohorts or new regions, so there's nothing to feel cheated by.
How much traffic do I need?
Live price A/B tests use revenue-per-visitor as the metric, which needs real volume. Below that threshold we use willingness-to-pay research (conjoint, Van Westendorp) to get a rigorous read without live traffic.
How fast do we see results?
First experiment live in 2–3 weeks, first statistically meaningful read in 30–60 days. From there it compounds on a quarterly cadence.
